O-shaped sealing ring is characterized by simple structure, convenient disassembly and assembly, low price, pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, high and low temperature resistance and other characteristics, and can work between -120℃~200℃.
O-ring selection design criteria:
1. The O-ring seal can be regarded as a vulnerable part. When designing, it is necessary to fully consider its installation position to facilitate disassembly and assembly. Therefore, it is often installed near the end of the shaft or hole, and the entrance is often long inverted. The angle processing can be chamfered to 20°x2, or 30°x2.
2. The specifications of the O-ring seal should match the depth and width of the corresponding groove to ensure that when the seal is used as a dynamic seal, the friction between the seal and the cylinder bore wall is minimal, and does not affect the pressure resistance of the seal. Anti-leakage and other performance and effects, otherwise it is easy to have excessive frictional resistance, reduced service life, and the sealing ring is easy to be squeezed out of the groove, torn or otherwise too loose, and leakage occurs.
